What to do with your office supplies after you go paperless?

As time passes here at Scan123, we've helped nearly 700 hundred companies give up paper to the extent of 90+ percent or more. We are both flattered and fascinated by the fact that so many companies took our message to heart. In the 12+ years we have been helping folks go paperless there has been many discussions about how to handle aspects of the the new paperless office. By way of conversation we often get the afterthought in the form of a question from the new customers after a while. They ask "What should we do with all of the surplus office supplies around here that we don't need anymore?"

Let that sink in for a moment. What DO you do with large quantities of surplus office supplies?

In an effort to deal with this very real problem we've come up with a list of solutions in the form of 'crafts' that are both decorative and real easy to make.

Number one is actually a Christmas decoration that's sure to spruce up the office this holiday season! Use your surplus manila file folders to make hanging star lights.

Number two is a fun project right before closing. It's an x-wing fighter! Use your surplus clips and ink pens.

Number three is great for right before the holidays! Use your surplus clips to rack up beer in the fridge.

Number four is great for around the house! Use your surplus bankers boxes and clips to make a lovely modular knick knack storage set!

And for a limited time, if you request the 20 minute online demo we'll send you free of charge, the plans and instructions for any of the projects listed!

All joking aside folks, wouldn't that be a great problem to have? Let Scan123 show you via 20 minute online demo how easy and affordable it is to go paperless.
